张媛
个人简介
张媛,女,助理教授。2015年6月毕业于武汉大学微生物学专业,获理学博士学位。次年8月赴美国克利夫兰临床医学中心从事博士后研究,于2024年9月回国并加入河南大学第一附属医院科研部。入选河南省“中原英才计划”青年组。联系方式:yuanzhang@henu.edu.cn。
研究方向
主要研究分泌蛋白在细胞内的转运过程和途径,特别是由货物受体介导的货物蛋白(如凝血因子VIII,凝血因子V ,α1-抗胰蛋白酶等)从内质网到高尔基体的转运机制和分泌调控。
